How do I get an ID?

Who can open an ID?

Only adults aged 18 or over, and only where online betting is permitted by the law of their state. One person should hold one ID.

Can I practise before using real money?

Yes. Ask for a demo ID with practice credits. It is a good way to learn back and lay bets and the casino tables. Demo credits cannot be withdrawn, and practice results do not predict real ones.

I forgot my password. What now?

Message the team from the WhatsApp number linked to your ID and ask for a reset. Change the temporary password as soon as you log in, and never share it with anyone.

Which payment methods can I use?

UPI apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay and Paytm, plus bank transfer through IMPS or NEFT. The accepted methods can change, so confirm in the chat before paying.

What are the minimum and maximum amounts?

Limits on deposits, withdrawals and stakes are set by the team and the platform, and they can change. Ask on WhatsApp for the current figures.

How long do withdrawals take?

Usually from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the amount, time of day and bank traffic. First withdrawals and late-night requests can take longer. Ask in the chat for an update instead of sending a second request.

Why must the bank account be in my name?

Paying only to an account that matches the ID holder protects your balance. If someone obtained your login, they still could not move your money to their own account.

What is the difference between back and lay?

What are session or fancy bets in cricket?

Is online betting legal in India?

It depends on your state. Some states ban online betting outright, others have unclear rules, and the law keeps changing. It is your responsibility to check what applies where you live before you play.

Do you offer tips or guaranteed wins?

No. Nobody can guarantee a betting result. Anyone selling fixed matches or sure-shot tips is running a scam.

How do I know I am talking to the real support team?

Save the number you first used and deal only with that chat. We never message strangers first asking for money, and we never ask for your password, OTP or UPI PIN.

Can I pause or close my ID?
